1. Introduction and Acceptance

2. Service Description

2.1 Platform Purpose

Drv.ge is an online educational platform designed to help users prepare for the Georgian driving license theoretical examination through practice tests, study materials, and progress tracking features. The platform is available in Georgian, English, and Russian languages.

2.2 Educational Nature

2.3 No Success Guarantee

We do not guarantee that using our Platform will result in passing any official driving license examination. Success depends on individual effort, study habits, and various other factors beyond our control.

2.4 Service Models

• Free Access: Limited to 15 practice questions per day
• Unlimited Access: One-time payment for lifetime access to all features (valid until Service termination)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access the Platform's features, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Provide false or misleading information

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Unipay. By making a purchase, you agree to Unipay's terms and conditions.

5.2 Pricing

Prices for unlimited access are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change. The price at the time of purchase will apply to your transaction.

5.3 Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 3 days of purchase by contacting support@drv.ge Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. After 3 days, all sales are final.

5.4 Lifetime Access

"Lifetime access" means access to the Platform for as long as the Service remains operational. We do not guarantee perpetual operation of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content

All content on Drv.ge, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, questions, answers, explanations, and software, is the property of Individual Entrepreneur ALEXEY IVANOV or its licensors and is protected by Georgian and international copyright laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform content solely for personal educational purposes. This license does not include rights to:

• Download (except temporary caching)
• Copy or reproduce content
• Create derivative works
• Distribute or publicly display content

6.3 User Feedback

Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas you provide about the Platform become our property, and we may use them without compensation or attribution to you.
